At NEXTORCH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. All returned apparel must be in its original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
